Workflow Assessment is a workflow analysis and gap-identification tool designed for accounting and bookkeeping firms. The Service allows users to document their current tool stack, receive an automated efficiency assessment, and view recommendations for improving software integrations and operational workflows.
The Service is provided for informational purposes only. Recommendations generated by Workflow Assessment are automated outputs based on your inputs and do not constitute professional accounting, legal, financial, or technology consulting advice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.
When you use the intake form, you provide information about your firm, the tools your practice uses, and your operational workflows ("Intake Data"). You grant Workflow Assessment a limited license to process and store this Intake Data in order to provide the Service and to improve the accuracy of our automated analysis models.
We will not sell your Intake Data to third parties. Firm name and contact information you provide may be used to follow up with you about your workflow map results and to communicate service updates. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us at the address below.
